What do I do if I have not received my product(s)?
Please contact Customer Service if you still have not received your parcel after the expected delivery date upon placing your order with Elixxi®.
ELIGIBILITY OF PRODUCT FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE
I have removed the product(s) I purchased from the original packaging, but have never used it. Can I still return it?
To exchange, the product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You have a 14-day grace period to exchange your product(s) and proof of purchase is required.
Out of stock product(s) will be processed as a refund instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Product(s) returned in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
Please mail your exchange item together with your proof of purchase. Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping.

The manufacturing/expiry date is older than I expected. Can I exchange it?
Skincare and cosmetic products are not considered unusable until past the expiration date hence we do not consider this as a valid reason for an exchange. Please be assured that we check the shelf life of all our products thoroughly and will only deliver the best to you.
The product(s) I have used resulted in unpleasant sensation/reaction on my skin. Can I return the product(s) and receive a refund?
Under such circumstances, you may return your product(s) to us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will provide you with a refund accordingly. Please also provide the proof of purchase together in your mail. With that being said, we apologise for the unpleasant reaction you’ve experienced upon using our product(s). All Elixxi® products have been clinically tested and proven to be safe for usage, however individual results may vary based on your skin type and the combination of skincare products used at the same time.
REFUND PROCESS
I received damaged/defective product(s), what should I do?
Rest assured that our team takes delicate care of the product(s) in terms of packing them for our customers. However, in the event of such an occurrence, you may request for an exchange within 14 days of your purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
There’s some discolouration occurring in the products I’ve purchased, why is this happening?
We use food-grade natural pigments in some of our products and they are more sensitive to light and temperature exposure which might cause some discolouration. Rest assured that discolouration in our products does not affect its quality and effectiveness.
How do I return my product(s)?
If you wish to return the product(s) purchased, you have the grace period of 14 days from the date of purchase to do so.
To process your refund, your proof of purchase is required. Please mail it together with the product(s) you wish to return. We will notify you by email once your returned product(s) has been received and inspected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Is Elixxi®Beauty Drink safe to consume?
Yes, Elixxi® Beauty Drink is a unique powder formula made from Nordic Marine Collagen and Type II Collagen using a special hydrolysis process. It has been approved safe to consume by Food Safety and Quality Division under MOH (Bahagian Keselamatan dan Kualiti Makanan under KKM).
Is Elixxi® Beauty Drink suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers?
It is not advisable. Please always consult your healthcare provider.
Is Elixxi® Beauty Drink suitable for women with fibroids?
It is not advisable. Please always consult your healthcare provider.

Yes, definitely. Elixxi® Beauty Drink is safe for any gender.
